Perennial plants of the grass family, underground roots. Like cool climate, the moist area, strong cold resistance ,it can be safely overwintered in the cold area of -30 C. Requires good drainage, loose texture and organic rich soil, the most suitable pH value 6.0-7.0, rhizomes multiply rapidly, strong regeneration, trampling resistance, small seeds, overburden depth should not exceed 0.5 cm, maintenance must be done carefully, should be timely pruning (3-6 cm stubble), fertilizing and watering.
